How To Get Involved

SUPPORT
THE C.A.N.

There are four ways to join us. Each plays a different role in making specialist youth support accessible, sustainable and measurable across South London.

Grant Funders

INVEST IN
LASTING INFRASTRUCTURE

The C.A.N. is not a single programme. It is a coordination model designed to scale. Funders at the seed stage are not just supporting one cohort of activity โ€” they're helping establish a replicable system that brings specialist youth provision into schools more efficiently.

"Funders get a single accountable organisation, clear reporting, and a scalable model growing borough by borough."

For Schools

THE PROCESS IS
SIMPLE BY DESIGN

Schools don't pay to explore. The C.A.N. handles funding, coordination and partner management. You bring the cohort and the context.

1
EXPRESS INTEREST
Complete a short Expression of Interest form or contact us directly. Share your cohort, priorities and any specific challenges you're seeing.
2
SCOPING CONVERSATION
We clarify aims, format, safeguarding contacts and timetable. A scoped programme outline is produced โ€” no cost, no obligation.
3
FUNDING ALIGNMENT
We match the opportunity to suitable grants, borough funds or corporate sponsors. Schools may be asked for a letter of support to strengthen the funding case.
4
DELIVERY
The right practitioner or organisation delivers in your school, under shared safeguarding and quality frameworks. You get a named contact and regular updates.
5
IMPACT REPORT
A summary report with attendance, student feedback and outcome data is shared with you and the funder. Your school gets credit.
